Clif Shirley, Vice President Mr. Shirley has been an important part of the ECG team since 2004. He has over 10 years in the construction industry and is responsible for reviewing and executing contracts, bonds and insurance for all projects. He was a significant part of obtaining and now managing the companies Small Business Enterprise (SBE) status throughout local, state and federal agencies as well as tracking federal bond and grant programs for the construction industry. Keith Randall, Estimator Mr. Randall was brought on by Environmental Construction Group in September 2010 to be part of our estimating & project management team. He has been in the industrial and commercial construction industry for over 10 years and is responsible for providing cost estimating, project management, project control and scheduling services for on a wide variety of projects, large and small. Michael Sharp, Construction Manager Mr. Sharp joined Environmental Construction Group in January 2010 and his presence was felt immediately. He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, specifically in demolition and abatement and has managed and completed over 180 million dollars of construction projects throughout his career. Jimi Camp, Accounting Manager Jimi joined Environmental Construction Group in February 2010 as our Accounting Manager. She brings over 28 years of experience in the construction industry along with great networking skills. Her responsibilities include supervising our accounting staff offering training and support in all areas. Maintaining our general ledger, overhead accounts, financial reporting and all union reports. She oversees all of our accounting functions to ensure accurate reporting in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, union compliance, cost accounting, budgets, purchasing, subcontracts, contract finalization for job closings, profit & loss and WIP "Work In Progress" schedules. Beth Gutierrez, Office Assistant Ms. Gutierrez joined Environmental Construction Group in October 2010. Her responsibilities include administrative support to all accounting, payroll and compliance departments assisting with required forms and reports. She works closely with our construction management and estimating team to assist with the day to day tasks and is also responsible for the clerical, administrative and data entry duties. Rachel Guzman, Payroll/Compliance Clerk Ms. Guzman joined Environmental Construction Group in January of 2007 as the office assistant, she proved she was capable to take on more responsibilities and was promoted to the payroll and compliance clerk. She is the main source for entering payroll, certified payroll, employee verifications, dispatching field personnel from the Union as well as requesting worker certificates to ensure that all of our laborers are up-to-date with their paperwork. Leanne Tojo, Accounts Payable Leanne was brought on by ECG in October of 2010 to join our Accounts Payables department. She has proven she is willing and able to integrate herself into ever changing marketplace and manage the requests of our numerous vendors and suppliers. Leannes responsibilities include receiving, entering and processing payments, setting up vendor and supplier accounts, requesting and processing lien releases and providing accounting reports to our management team.
